Your brand’s success is a function of its visibility and availability to the consumer, which in turn, gives it the best chance to be purchased. Unlike typical “Merchandising companies” our merchandisers work with our sales team to get the most out of each store.  Gotham’s Merchandisers are trained to work our brands in the markets they are sold.  They have specific routes and report back with pictures and reports to show results.  We make sure your top selling flavor or SKU that sold out the day before is not in backrooms or still on pallets on the loading dock, but on the shelf ready for continued purchase.  Our goal for our brands is to make each location better than when we initially walked into the store.

We specifically look to accomplish the following:

  • Reset shelves and coolers to gain eye level, door handle, secondary placements and placed in cold coolers, and/or registers when possible
  • Ensure placement at optimal Point of Purchase and set in appropriate section at retail with like items
    (Front End Registers, Water, Dairy, Coffee, Prepared Foods, Beverage, Snacks, etc.)
  • Ensure adequate inventory on hand for all upcoming sampling and demo activities
  • Build displays, cooler sets, end caps that we sell in and when on promotion
  • Place Tags (everyday price tags and sale tags) making sure they are up and accurate
  • Pricing tagged and displayed for Proper POS for consumer’s benefit with confirmed set and agreed upon price
